CJG represents several victims of massage therapist Joe Neal Martin, who until recently practiced with the Center for Holistic Care on Davidson Street in Cornelius. Martin has pleaded guilty to two counts of assault on a female, for which he received a sentence of time to be spent in jail, suspended for three years dependent on good behavior. Martin was also required to surrender his massage license and to agree never to apply for a massage license in any state. A link to the story is here. Valerie Johnson would like to speak with anyone who has information about Mr. Martin’s conduct as a massage therapist.
